Silva Carvalho Catering, S.A (SCC) is a national project with a dynamic team, whose goal is to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction for the company's clients and partners.
With two production centres, in the Lisbon Area (Sintra) and another one in the Porto Region (Maia), the company is structured to produce more than 5000 meals daily.
Silva Carvalho Catering, S.A, at the time part of Grupo Silva Carvalho (Sintramar), started in Sintra, more than two decades ago. In 1999, the company was invited to cater outside Portugal and go to Macau for the Handover Ceremony to the government of China, serving a gala dinner for 2500 guests.
In 2006, the catering business was integrated in the Ibersol Group, a distinguished economic group in the restaurant business and in 2007 implemented its Food Safety System, obtaining certification according to the requirements of the norm NP EN. ISO 22000:2005.
