Another edition of the Flavors of Ponte de Lima Fair will be held from August 15-17 of 2014. The town of Ponte de Lima will host another edition of this event that aims to show the variety of traditional dishes and delicacies of Northern Portugal.
Fried cod; codfish cakes; codfish pastries; marinated sardines; fried pork meat; pork shank; pork roasted in brandy; feijoada and caldo verde. It will not be lacking in delicacies to warm your stomach.
The Flavors of Ponte de Lima Fair is an excellent way to relive the best local cuisine, as well as a great way to experience the folklore and traditions. As in previous years, the event will take place at Expolima – the Exhibition Park.
